Daransy accepts eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery.

How To Request A Return

To request a return, contact us at support@daransy.com within 30 days after delivery.

Please include your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Please do not send an item back before contacting us.

Return Eligibility

• Unused and unworn, where applicable
• Unwashed, where applicable
• Undamaged
• In substantially the same condition in which it was received
• In its original packaging when reasonably possible
• Returned with sufficient order information

Items That Are Not Eligible For Return

• Items with return requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery
• Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
• Items returned without prior approval
• Items returned without following our return instructions

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@daransy.com.

Please provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to have been caused by Daransy, we will provide an appropriate approved resolution.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the return is required because of a confirmed error caused by Daransy.

Return Inspection

After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to determine whether it meets the requirements of this Return Policy.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before fulfillment begins and within 2 hours after placing your order.

To request cancellation, email support@daransy.com as soon as possible with your order number.
