Orders are generally processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or U.S. public holidays.

Some products may require additional preparation or fulfillment time. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

• Free Shipping: Available for orders of $100 USD or more

Estimated Delivery Time

For U.S. orders, estimated delivery is generally 7-14 business days after processing is complete.

Total estimated delivery time is usually approximately 8-17 business days, including processing and shipping.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be sent to the email address associated with your order after your package ships.

Tracking updates may require additional time to appear after the shipping carrier receives or scans the package.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Address

Daransy is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

Refund Policy

• The item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected by an issue confirmed by Daransy

Refund Timing

If your refund is approved after inspection, Daransy will process the refund within 3-10 business days after the return inspection is complete.

Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional processing time.

Shipping Charges

Return shipping costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless the issue is confirmed to have been caused by Daransy.

Original shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or specifically approved.
